The position is responsible for supporting all areas of Transport Administration. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Support all areas of Transport administration including below
- Container detention management and processing
- Vender invoice management in partnership with our offshore processing team
- Other accounting projects as directed
- Work with Transport team to achieve weekly targets
- Work with vendors to achieve/streamline process
- Lease with Team Lead/Manager for process improvements

**About you**:

- Minimum two years' experience in Transport and Freight Forwarding
- CargoWise One knowledge is preferred but not essential
