The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading our clients through the successful migration and adoption to an updated product API service, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum value delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, working closely with clients' technical teams and internal stakeholders to manage expectations to deliver the migration on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

The role requires a strong understanding of API technologies, data integration, and change management principles. The Client Implementation Manager will translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, facilitate testing and validation processes, and ensure clients are fully supported throughout the transition.

**What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian**
- Strong understanding of API technologies, data integration, and system interoperability.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technical client migrations, ideally involving product upgrades or platform transitions.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical documentation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Experience in the coordination of enterprise testing, including booking environments, ensuring test data is available and monitoring progress, including defect resolution.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with a focus on client satisfaction and trust.
- Ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience working with enterprise clients is highly regarded.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams.

As a Client Implementation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling our clients to unlock the full value of Experian's updated product API services. You'll be responsible for guiding them through a seamless migration journey, ensuring technical readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption.
- Lead end-to-end client migrations to our enhanced API platform, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum impact.
- Engage directly with client technical teams to understand integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and validation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver implementation milestones.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.
- Facilitate client onboarding sessions, technical walkthroughs, and post-implementation reviews to ensure long-term success.
- Champion continuous improvement, using client feedback and implementation insights to refine processes and enhance the client experience.
