Join our world and let's do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting into our Head of Legal, you are the Group's key point of contact for specialist ER advice and guidance.
Operating in a fast paced retail environment, this role will challenge you to provide fair and consistent legal advice, in line with our COG values and tone of voice.
Day to day you will support the business on complex ER cases and represent the business in ER disputes, manage industry negotiations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
You'll help to enable global HR teams by taking a proactive approach in delivering training in ER.
This is a truly unique opportunity to flex your expertise across a global market.
