Our client is a long-standing and reputable private college dedicating themselves to offering an encouraging, nurturing and supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.

They are currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer OR Fresh Finance Graduate to work in collaboration with and under direction of the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist with the management of Commercial Debtors via processing invoices and monthly statements as required and follow up correspondence for non-payment and advising Fees Administrator and Director of Finance.
- Assist with the handling of enquiries from parents in relation to fees via phone or at Finance reception.
- Prepare and upload receipt information into relevant accounting systems.
- Assist the Accounts Payable Officer with the reconciliation of the various Petty Cash throughout the College.
- Assist with the management of various excel spreadsheets relating to Debtors and Creditors.
- Work alongside the Accounts Payable Officer with coding of invoices.

This is a supportive environment, and the role would suit a competent person with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude. You must have intermediate excel skills, strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication and be organised.
