FinXL IT is seeking a motivated Associate Business Process Analyst to join our growing consulting team, embedded within a leading financial services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your career in business analysis, supporting the delivery of transformative business and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and fuel innovation across the bank.
About the Role
As an Associate Business Process Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to support process mapping and process improvement initiatives across the wider program, define business requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 'As-Is' process maps for key workflows
Support the analysis of business processes and help identify areas for improvement
Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders
Contribute to documentation including business cases, process flows, and functional specs
Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure solutions meet requirements
What You'll Bring
A strong background in process mapping and process improvement
A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
What's On Offer:
12 months+ contract, with a view to extend
Located in Sydney
Hybrid work mode to get your best work done (2 days in the office and 3 days remote)
