IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resources Clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy, Northern Star Resources, FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013

IMC are a client focused organisation with a strong track record in the successful delivery of contracts in mining, civil and bulk handling projects.

**Trainee Mobile Plant Operator.**

Under the watchful eye of our outstanding safety team and in the hands of quality leaders, you will learn all of the physical aspects of drill pad construction and mobile plant operation. This role is a fly in-fly out (FIFO) role from Perth where you will work on site for 2 weeks and then have 1 week off (2/1).

**No experience is required however previous machinery or mechanical knowledge is advantageous**

**What you will learn**:

- Safety on the work site
- Safe handling of materials
- Plant and machinery operation (loader, dozer, excavator)
- Excavation
- Levelling
- Reading plans
- Earthworks
- Communications

**About you**:

- Current drivers licence
- National police clearance
- A positive can do attitude and a desire to learn
- Be able to pass our pre-employment on boarding requirements
- Ability to work safely and in a team
