Maintenance Fitters- Am/Pm Shifts Available

Ezirecruitment are looking for Maintenance Fitters to join our Client site based at a Chipping Norton Recycling Facility. This is a full-time role with varied shifts, above award rates, over time and additional hours available.
Your role will be to maintain all plant and equipment and provide assistance to other members of the maintenance team as required. You will be required to conduct breakdown maintenance as required and work towards a preventative maintenance schedule.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Steel fabrication & welding of new & replacement parts
- Scheduled maintenance of Screening Plant and Crushing Plant
- Scheduling servicing of Screening Plant and Crushing Plant
- Emergency repairs of Screening Plant and Crushing Plant
- Team input to improve current plant design and assist with re-engineering and installation.
- Gas Cutting
- Gas Welding
- Arc Welding
- Mig Welding
- Some confined space/ restricted access work as directed.
- Training & providing support to apprentice staff.
- Current trade certificate as a fitter, diesel mechanic, boilermaker or similar;
- Experience working on repairing crushing & screening equipment;
- Prior and or current experience in planning and carrying out preventative maintenance, including preparing a maintenance schedule;
- Previous experience in fabrication and welding;
- Ability to trouble shoot and perform breakdown repairs;
- Safety Focused Attitude
- Positive and works well within a team environment
