A rare opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to learn from the best and build a successful career in real estate by joining a very successful and established team.About the roleDatabase Prospecting and leveraging off current listings - generating leadsDealing with buyer enquiries and general buyer managementSourcing potential sellers and building relationshipsAttending Open Home Inspections & liaising with buyersAssisting sales agents with the property campaignAttending Building & Pest Inspections, ValuationsWorking on all marketing for the agentMust be based on the Northern Beaches and have local knowledge of suburbsMust have a current drivers license and carYou will be coached/mentoredExceptional training within the office and external leading coachesHighly regarded prestige brand with a great team cultureGreat team environmentDynamic Head QuartersYoga & fitness training providedSkillsTenacious, hungry, and driven to succeedExperience needed in leasing, reception or ready to step into a bigger environmentCertificate of Registration or RE LicenceDrivers license and car essentialFirst-class communication skills and immaculate presentationSalary commensurate with experienceMust live locally or close to the Northern BeachesAble to work Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the weekIf you have the capabilities & qualifications for this position - we want to hear from you.If you have any additional questions, please contact Meschell via .
