The Role
Full ownership of a customer and broker from first enquiry through to settlement
Working closely with the BDM team and their brokers, communicating conditions and decision outcomes via email, slack or phone
Identifying opportunities with customers and brokers to maximise each deal and achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
Objection handling any concerns with our customers or brokers effectively
Providing a high level of customer service and sales conversions
Working closely with internal stakeholders to seek approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policies
Some experience in B2B telephone sales
Proven record of managing a pipeline
Business lending experience (desirable)
Experience working for a FinTech or in financial services (desirable)
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and maintain a swiftly moving pipeline
Ability to develop strong working relationships with new business and existing customers
Commercially minded
Curious, positive & self-starting
Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
