**About the role
Develop design solutions that are not only functional and efficient but also enhance clinical and operational outcomes, as well as improve the aesthetic appeal of the hospital environment.
Coordinate design initiatives and facilitate communication among various stakeholders, including building services consultants, certifiers, internal clients and other BEMS personnel.
About you
Meet with internal clients to gather requirements and understand their needs for minor works and refurbishments that improve clinical and operational outcomes and enhance aesthetic appeal.
Develop design proposals that align with the objectives of internal stakeholders while focusing on creating inviting and functional environments.
Provide expert advice on design matters to internal stakeholders and collaborate with project supervisors, trade managers, tradesmen, project managers, engineers, certifiers, local and statutory authorities, consultants and hospital department stakeholders.
Coordinate the overall design process to ensure integration of building services and compliance with hospital standards, serving as the main point of contact for consultants and certifiers.
