This is the first time Kinetic is offering this Women up front program in Tasmania, and we can't wait to welcome you to living life in the bus lane

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver program provides the support and training necessary to become a licensed and confident bus driver.

**The program includes**:

- A welcoming and supportive work environment
- A comprehensive induction program featuring both classroom and on-road training
- Lessons to obtain a Medium Rigid (MR) licence
- Competitive pay throughout the training period

**We are looking for individuals who possess**:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- A valid Australian car driver's license (held for at least two years)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment functional test, drug and alcohol screening, as well as obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Vulnerable People's Check.
- Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
