The APS Level 4 Recruitment Officer is responsible for facilitating and supporting a range of recruitment tasks and activities across the Department and other Health portfolio agencies.

Full time contract

Location can be either **Melbourne or Canberra (Woden)**

It is expected that the Recruitment Officer will perform the following tasks as part of their general duties, in addition to other tasks required as the role requirements change or adapt over time.
- Provide a responsive first point of contact for all incoming calls to the recruitment team
- Support internal staff on the Corporate Support Line (HR Help) to provide accurate and timely advice on Recruitment questions or concerns
- Assist with the management of the recruitment inbox and respond to correspondence
- Processing of offer letters and instruments
- Processing of job builds (internal EOIs and external advertising)
- Participate in planning conversations with hiring managers and panels to prepare recruitment
- Accurately record recruitment outcomes and data - both on APSJobs and in team reporting tools, such as excel spreadsheets
- Additonal tasks not mentioned above
- **experinced with eRecruit**

- **Previously exposure to Government sector highly desirable
