**Job description**
- Teaching students in 1 on 1 or a small group, weekly, 2-hour sessions at the centre
- Planning for classes
- Assigning and marking homework
- Communicate with parents and giving feedback on students' lessons and progress
- Working hours are primarily after-school and on weekends; however, during school term break, availability during the day for holiday program is desirable (but not required).

To succeed as a tutor, you must
- be in Australia and have right to work in Australia
- have a current working with Children check card (WWC) & Police Check or willingness to obtain
- be reliable, able to work without supervision, punctual and have excellent personal presentation.
- have a passion for Mathematics and/or English and have the patience to work with primary or secondary school age students.
- have experiences in delivering programs to young people, such as teaching, tutoring and mentoring

Mandarin-English bilingual or VIT teacher will be prioritised.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 30 per week
