**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide BAU/Project Support for Batch Scheduling and Automation across mainframe and distributed platforms.
- Provide BAU/Project Support in the Administration/Product Support space for Batch and File Transfer Environments.
- Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Software Currency Upgrades
- Process Automation
- Support Disaster Recovery Tests and Procedures.
- Provide SME and Consultancy Support to Client and Service Provider Application Teams on Batch Design & Solutions
- Provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rostered basis
- Work with other Support Teams such as Midrange, Windows, Networking in order to support the environment
- Housekeeping, Internal Compliance Checks, Audits
- Assist clients with their licensing, compliance obligations
- Create and Maintain Operational/Process/knowledge documentation
- Ability to work in an agile environment, provide on-call support, support product/currency upgrades
- Work AU AEST business hours.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Administration/Product Support knowledge of Batch Workload Scheduling and FTP Toolsets such as BMC Control-M, AFT/MFT, CA-7, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, XCOM, Connect Direct
- We are looking for individuals who are NOT just familiar with these tools but are proficient and have supported medium/large Clients from Banking/Telecom/Insurance/Transport domains
- Applicants must be willing to work on weekends (if required)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- 3-5years experience in a batch support role for an enterprise size environment. Experience in ControlM IOA / EM, TWS/IWS, Connect Direct, AFT, MFT, XCOM, CA-VIEW, CA-7, Sysview, OPSMVS, Rocket EOS
- Advanced-level Of Understanding And Hands-on Experience With
- UNIX and Windows Operating System Concepts
- Bash/Perl/Windows Batch Scripting
- SQL
- Mainframe - z/OS and JCL
- Networking Concepts
- Additional Responsibilities
- Ability to work in an agile environment, provide on-call support, support product/currency upgrades
- Work AU business hours.
