In line with this growth and reporting to the CTO, this role will own understanding data needs from the business to build BI and data visualisation and dashboards which deliver highest value insights. Longer term, the goal of this role is to drive a data enablement culture within the business, educating users to be able self-serve their own data needs. At its core, this role will: understand, build, deliver and teach. As a foundational role in building the companies data and BI capability you will also have the opportunity to play a lead support role in the upcoming build of their new data warehouse.

**Understanding Superannuation or Funds Management/Investment is a MUST**. For those with this domain knowledge, this is an amazing role which will allow you to autonomously work with business leaders to help enable their business through data and insights.

Aside from Superannuation and funds management or investment experience, key requirements for this role include:

- Hands on coding skills in Tableau (or Power BI)
- Exposure to snowflake is a bonus
- Proven experience working with executive business leaders
- Demonstrable experience in owning the full BI solution delivery lifecycle
