Manager role:
**Requirements**:

- Must be experienced in a similar position
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Take ownership and an attitude that can put work first
- Passion for hospitality, food and coffee
- A love of people and working in a team
- A good understanding of hospitality, budget control, management of people and our brand
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great leadership skills

Wait staff:

- Willing to learn and follow instructions of the supervisor
- Hard working
- Outgoing and love to chat and maintain good relationship with the customers
- Training will be provided
