Vine & Grind in Liverpool Westfileds is looking for Waitstaff/Allrounders to join us in creating magical moments for every guest

Responsibilities for waitstaff include, but are not limited to:

- Go above expectations to warmly greet
- Work as a team to inspire a beautiful and clean environment
- Maintain and ensure the high standard of our service and ensure that customers' expectations are always exceeded.
- Resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer's dining experience, promptly and efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer suggestions, making the ordering process as seamless as possible
- Bring orders from the kitchen or bar to customers, remembering where to bring each order, or maintain an organized record of the order to which you can refer.
- Clear plates as they're finished, wipe down tables, and properly reset them with clean tableware.
- Maintain proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Receive and process payments, operating the register.

All applicants are required to have full working rights to work in Australia
Hourly rate offered is dependent on experience, plus superannuation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
