The role:
We are currently recruiting for a Health Care Professional Representative to join the team, which will call on healthcare professionals/dentists within Oral Care across Perth for a 12-month contract to drive appropriate recommendations of Haleon's Oral Healthcare brands. This is a unique position as the role is responsible for education/training and how our products can assist their patients.

About you:
This role will be ideal for either a recent science graduate who is looking to start their career or an experience sales professional with healthcare experience looking for a change. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, resilient and a problem solver, someone that can work independently and as part of a team. Your ability to understanding scientific information, establish key stakeholder relationships will be key to your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compelling messages tailored to the needs of Healthcare Professional's within your assigned territory
- Deliver a high standard of product knowledge and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Collaborating with the pharmacy division and conducting trainings in target stores.
- Execute brand priorities/objectives as set out in each sales cycle.
- Ensure all calls and customer records are recorded accurately in electronic database daily to the highest standards with a focus on accuracy.
- Take ownership and total accountability to cover an assigned regional territory as required
- Plan, execute, review, and refine territory management plans including customer coverage, key customer management, sample and literature management and time management.
- Compulsory attendance and active participation at HCP&E Sales Team cycle meetings and annual national business meetings, as well as on time completion of all assigned training plans.
- Actively participate in trade shows/exhibitions and conferences as required, using the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with dental professionals in and out of territory.
