WesTrac is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Commercial and Contracts Analyst** to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract for parental leave coverage.

**Location**: South Guildford

**Roster**:5:2, 8 hours

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experienced in contracts management with an in-depth understanding of commercial, financial, and contracting concepts
- Experience in drafting and reviewing customer letters, variations, and scope changes
- Experience in formation, compiling and deliverables review of contracts prior to or post execution
- Refined skills in the tactful engagement with internal stakeholders, including managers and GMs
- Ability to successfully work within a team and autonomously
