Turn great tradespeople into great business owners.We do this through cutting-edge coaching, sales and marketing strategies, streamlined systems, and leadership development.We're growing fast and need another A+ coach to help our clients scale their businesses and change their lives.What You'll Be Doing As a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results.You'll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role:The Doing – Delivering world-class coaching sessions One-on-one coaching with business ownersFacilitating online training sessionsMonitoring client results and engagementAnswering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groupsThe Designing – Improving our coaching systems Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients growDeveloping coaching resources to drive client successOptimizing coaching processes to get faster resultsYour ultimate goal?
