Due to continued growth, Hickinbotham, SA's largest and longest established building and development group, is seeking an Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team located in our modern office close to the CBD.

Hickinbotham is a busy, professional office dedicated to providing SA's best value homes and have a passion for providing our clients with outstanding customer service.

As the Accounts Office, you will liaise with clients, external companies and site supervisors, primary for accurate preparation of progress stage billing and final stage invoicing to ensure timely handover of homes.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -**
- Raising daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process
- Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes
- Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties
- Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Work with credit controllers to minimise overdue invoices

A bright and energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to work under mínimal supervision as part of the finance team. You must be able to professionally and effectively communication with a number of stakeholders to facilitate payment of invoices.

- The person we are seeking is someone who will be able to hit the ground running. You will be accustomed to having set procedures in place and experience working to KPI's and meeting targets.
