**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you'll provide hands-on, person-centred support to participants across:

- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- In-home care
- Respite care
- Community access and engagement

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience and/or qualifications in disability and/or mental health support
- Current Yellow Card, Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Assistance certification
- A valid driver's licence (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- A collaborative, "no-drama" team attitude
- Willingness to support participants with a wide range of physical and psychosocial needs
- A person-centred mindset — it's not about you, it's about walking with them

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
