Donut King Yamanto is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone to assist our Store Manager and who is looking to build on their current management and team building skills.

Our crew members serve in excess of 16 million customers a year, selling one of our famous Cinnamon Donuts every 6.1 seconds. Recently crowned 2021 Coffee Shop of the Year by Roy Morgan we take our brew seriously and are looking for people that share our love of Coffee.

**Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Managing and handling coffee preparation
- Excellent customer service and presentation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Serving and engaging with guests
- Assisting with stock control
- Assisting in training
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- General clean-up duties

**What you bring to the Kingdom..**

- Demonstrated experience in Food/Hospitality
- Barista experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
- High attention to detail
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends (varied hours on a rotating roster up to 36 hours/week)
