**Job description**

Grow Early Learning Centre Blacktown, is a small boutique centre that is family run. We are currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Certificate III trainee to join our team.

We are offering a Full-time position working from 38 hours a week. Pay ranges depending on age and high school qualification.

**What we are looking for**:

- A reliable and compassionate individual ready to take on a year long study whilst working full time. (Study time provided)
- A fun and charismatic educator that can bring positivity and join our team's dynamic.
- We will happily grow with this educator and assist them with building their knowledge and skills if the educator is willing to learn.
- WWCC is necessary if over 18 years old.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To work as a member of a co-operative team in order to provide an appropriate and safe environment for the children in our care.
- To ensure that the policies of Grow Early Learning Centre and the Funding Authorities are being followed.
- Work alongside room leader and Director, following delegated tasks and part taking in the class activities.
- Working with the team, completing duties.

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blacktown NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
