Ride the wave with us and join our Surf Shop Team at Beachworkz. Are you passionate about the local beach lifestyle? We're on the search for new team members who can translate that passion into delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Sales**: Manage day-to-day operations and interactions of shop front to optimise customer experience.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Assist customers with product recommendations, handle inquiries, and resolve any challenges to ensure customer needs are met.
- **Point of Sale System**: Handle backend POS system tasks, including entering/receiving stock, and troubleshooting any issues.
- **Visual merchandising**: Ensure the store layout is interesting, vibrant and easy to navigate.
- **Communication**: Confident communication with customers, staff and sale representatives.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Ensure the shop is clean and well-maintained.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of surf products/apparell and trends to assist customers with their needs and preferences.
- Strong professional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Previous retail experience.
- Flexibility, available to work weekends and holidays.
