Located in Kidman Park, Food Services (FS) provide all meals to 10 of our South Australian homes. Through FS' quality controlled and HACCP monitored and approved environment, we ensure there is consistency in the quality of meals being delivered to our residents.

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Food Services Assistants to join our team at Kidman Park on a permanent part time basis, 35 hours a week.

Monday - Thursday - 7-3 | Friday - 7-12

This is a busy HACCP approved Cook Chill Kitchen providing all Fresh Food requirements for the Aged Care Sector.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be mainly responsible for:

- Working with the Chefs
- Assist in the preparation of dishes
- Washing of equipment used for preparation of dishes
- Cleaning of kitchen according to Food Safety Standards and WHS specification

**To be successful you must demonstrate the following**:

- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment)
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly efficient and motivated
- Team player
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
- Knowledge of kitchen processes, standards, systems and equipment
