**Essential requirements. Applicants must have**:

- 6 months experience of supporting disability or aged people in their homes and community
- Minimum of Cert 3 in a relevant field (for example: Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability)
- Australia drivers licence and own vehicle to travel in between clients
- Current Flu vaccination
- Minimum of two COVID vaccinations - three or more vaccinations is highly desirable
- Applicants who are willing to transport clients in their own car are highly desirable for community access requirements. Comprehensive car insurance is essential if willing to transport
- NDIS Worker Screening

We are currently building our staffing pools of Home Care Workers to work with our aged and disability clients in need of in-home support. We are looking for staff across the whole of Brisbane:
Brisbane North - Strathpine to Caboolture

Moreton Bay - Sandgate, Redcliffe

Inner City

Brisbane South

Brisbane East - Wynnum, Victoria Point, Cleveland

**About the role**:

- This is a casual role
- Monday to Friday shifts available, typically between 6am and 8pm
- You will travel between a number of clients during your shift, all within close proximity to each other. Your travel between clients will be compensated
- You will assist aged clients in their own homes with personal care, domestic duties, meal preparation and medication assistance and community access.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- **Minimum of two Covid vaccinations**:

- **Minimum of 6+ months (FTE) relevant experience**:

- Experience working with aged care clients in the community is highly regarded
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate - (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance - (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with children clearance - (or willing to obtain)
- Unrestricted Australian drivers license*
- Comprehensively Insured vehicle that can be used to transport participants for community access*
- Many participants have difficulties accessing the community using public transport, therefore, staff may be required to utilise their own vehicle or, if available, a company vehicle to transport, which requires staff to hold a suitable AU drivers licence and insurance.
