We're currently recruiting for a Senior .
NET Engineer to help modernise and stabilise a financial services client's technology stack.
This short-term contract is focused on refactoring legacy applications, reducing technical debt, and enabling faster progress on the product roadmap.
What you'll do
Refactor, modernise and stabilise existing .
NET applications.
Improve performance, maintainability and security of services.
Contribute to new API and microservice development as required.
Integrate applications with Microsoft Azure PaaS (Functions, Service Bus, SQL, API Management, Key Vault).
Ensure compatibility with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Share knowledge and uplift engineering practices across the team.
What we're looking for
6+ years of hands-on .
NET experience (C#, .NET Core/Framework).
Strong track record in refactoring and modernising legacy codebases.
Practical experience with Azure PaaS components.
Skilled in secure coding, performance optimisation and integration patterns.
