**The Opportunity**

Supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner which enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

**About You**

What is essential is that you have a resident/customer centric mindset and the ability to "think on your feet". Communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also.
- Provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living and help keep their bodies and minds active.
- Interact with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner ensuring privacy and dignity is respected at all times.
- Ability to follow directives as per care plans.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit.
- Excellent communication, high empathy and caring interpersonal skills.
- Certificate in Aged Care preferrable or similar tertiary studies.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster?
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Right to work in Australia essential.
- Current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates
