About the Role

**Main Duties include but are not limited to**:
Work with business partners and technology teams to develop end-to-end test scripts and lead test works (i.e. do test strategies and test plans).

Obtain key inputs from and identifies solution interdependencies.

Clearly articulate and document end-to-end test scripts and execute test scripts during testing.

Document all defects for developers to review and retest all resolved defects.

Communicate test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and create test reporting and associated analysis.

Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

Manage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with technology.

Successfully implement the business system solutions for the organisation and proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.

Work with our vendors to ensure their performance against SLAs.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Systems Analysis or a relevant IT related discipline; BABOK certification is an advantage.

Extensive experience in information technology with expertise in most of the following areas:
Developing test scripts

Functional, unit, systems, and integration testing

Managing the defect resolution process and reporting testing progress

Vendor management

**Experience with the following systems is a plus**: Manhattan WMS, Schaefer Goods to Person, VoCollect, Momentum Pro ERP, Pronto ERP.

Good experience in development of test strategy, test plans, test scripts combined with data and integration testing skills.

Hands-on experience with functional, unit, systems, and integration testing using a manual testing approach.

Able to work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on project deliverables.

Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders at all levels and able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

High level organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
