**About the role**:
We are hiring experienced support workers to provide support to our SIL participant in Highton. You will provide varied supports from 1:1 assistance in daily living skills, meal preparation, domestic assistance, community access support.

Must be available to work 15+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including **sleepover** shifts.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience working with participants having challenging behaviours.
- Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
- Experience working in the respite setting
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Valid Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Victorian Working with Children's Check
- National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
