$200k+ (+ Annual Bonus) Greenfield Project Sydney Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 at home I'm looking for a Lead React Native Developer to take charge of greenfield mobile projects and build out a brand-new mobile capability.
You'll be one of the first hires in this space, setting the technical direction, growing a team, and delivering mobile apps that make a real impact.
The day to day: Leading design and development with React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and Node.js Setting coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions Driving AI adoption to boost developer productivity and innovation Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing mobile team Owning greenfield projects from concept to production Experience required: Strong experience delivering mobile apps with React Native (Expo a plus) Solid background in TypeScript, modern JS, and backend with Node.js Previous leadership experience – setting standards, guiding engineers, influencing architecture Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and release management for mobile apps Bonus points for experience with native modules, Sentry/Firebase, or AI in production Why join?
