The Role:
We are seeking a talented UI and UX designer with a passion for creating compelling user experiences based on customer insights, data analytics, and modern web design aesthetics. You will be part of an energetic team and work closely with our product, technical, creative, and marketing leads to build a world-class, cutting-edge iGaming experience.

Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable, and you will be able to execute all visual design stages working closely with the product and design team from concept to final hand-off to the tech team to create beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced UI and UX designer to get involved from the start with an exciting brand with huge ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, interpret, and analyse detailed UI/UX design requirements
- Consistently produce high-quality visual assets for user interfaces
- Design and create functional animation and prototypes for user interactions, coordinating review of findings, and providing feedback to wider team
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the product and design teams to conceptualize, define, and develop features that yield extraordinary experiences for users
- Design new icons, modules and other graphics for website and digital marketing campaigns based on our brand aesthetic and values
- Collaborate in the design of eDM templates and dynamic content for external campaigns based on new or promoted website features
- Stay current with and communicate the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
- Create user flows, interface wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
- Produce UI/UX guides, and standardised methodologies for other team members
- Anticipate needs, provide guidance, and facilitate team interaction in all things UI/UX
- Participate in critiques, product reviews, and retrospectives

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' UI/UX design experience within a commercial setting as a senior or lead role
- Expert with UI/UX wireframing, prototyping, layout and design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Zeplin
- Experience designing UI layouts and templates for web sites and Apps; proven by a solid portfolio that demonstrates involvement in completed projects
- Advanced knowledge of best practices with HTML and CSS
- Experience in A/B testing and A/B testing tools
- Understanding of Google analytics or similar site analytics tools
- English fluency - written & spoken (you'll use Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other tools to communicate cross-continent with internal and external teams)
- Availability to work outside normal business hours on occasion

Highly Desirable:

- Experience within the iGaming industry
- High level graphic design skills in Figma and the Adobe CC design suite
- High level artistic design skills and experience producing finished artwork for projects
- Leadership promoting UI sensibilities and best practices within the art and product teams
