**About our Opportunity**

As a Logistics Supervisor and valued member of our Jeld-Wen Showerscreens' Stapylton site, you will be part of a professional and close knit team. You will accurately capacity plan and schedule installations, resulting in smooth production flows, efficient use of resources and the meeting of our customer order commitments.

Supervising a team of approximately 15 employees and contractors, you will ensure all daily planned installs are actioned on time with a focus on quality and service. In this fast-paced role, you will need to be confident, at times managing difficult conversations and troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer.

In addition, you'll:

- confirm installation bookings
- prepare documentation for installations
- process invoices and installer pays

**About you**

We're looking for an energetic team player with previous scheduling and supervisory experience.who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment. You will be agile and methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of the internal (installers) or external customers. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with capability in lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.

You will also have:

- competency using MS Suite
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- ability to work calmly & efficiently in a high pressured environment with tight deadlines
- ability to commit to working hours of 5.30am - 1.30pm, Monday - Friday
