**Who is Media Planner Lead in H&M?**

An ambitious and collaborative team member who sets and implements customer centric Media plans with full funnel approach in all channels (offline and digital).

Media Manager/Media Planner Lead represents the key media competence in the team and holds the responsibility for media budget investments (both reach and performance), media agency relations and driving exceptional media plans.

They provide strategic and implementation support for other media team members, ensuring all media channels - paid, owned and performance - are set and optimised to reach objectives.

This is a critical business role that will require an expert knowledge of local media landscape, latest media insights (with focus on digital), performance channels optimization and ability to drive results and execute with excellence.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Content, PR, E-commerce and Customer Insights teams to deliver an excellent localised brand experience in media and contribute to the overall business goals.

**Job Description**:
**Media Planning**
- Set customer centric media communication plan for all paid and own channels
- Set media segmentation strategy and content mix per channel
- Identify customer growth potential linked to media investment
- Support with Brand Value Goal setting (Awareness, Consideration) with media know how and analysis of competitor media and spending

**Media Campaign Management & Measurement**
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the global and local media campaigns across all bought media channels (Brand, Consideration)
- Brief & manage media plans with media agencies
- Perform media audits to ensure buying effectiveness
- Brief Media Plans to Content Team to ensure campaign production in time

**Media Budget and Follow up**
- Set and follow up yearly media budget with the Marketing Manager
- Drive Media Investment insights through Marketing Mix Modeling
- Together with the media team, deliver analysis per campaign per media channel
- Together with the media team, secure weekly and monthly performance marketing channels analysis (incl. online traffic and revenue per marketing channel)

**Qualifications**:
**About YOU**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media Roles (agency or client side)
- Formal Qualification in Marketing Communication or Relevant Business Field
- Strategic thinker with a strong knowledge of AUNZ media landscape
- Operative and demonstrable experience in driving media objectives and delivering on media awareness and performance KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion)
- High competence in performance digital marketing channels
- Ability to create insight led media strategy and support the team in execution
- Experienced in setting and managing media budgets
- Understanding of campaign creative process
- Excellence in various stakeholder presentations inducing media reports, media briefs and driving media agency relationship and engagement
- True collaborator who thrives in fast paced environment
