**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated **Commercial Manager - Structures & Civil **in the Project Services team.
**What you'll do?**
- Key advisor to the Structures & Civil Business Unit (BU) leaders on cost centre financials, project financials, working capital management and optimisation of financial outcomes
- Key advisor to Structures & Civil Project Managers on project financials, working capital management and approaches to optimise project commercial outcomes
- Key contact for BU team managers for performance metrics
- Work with Finance Business Partners and BU leadership to provide support data to enable preparation of BU forecast pipeline, quarterly forecasts and annual budget
- Preparation and maintenance of BU risks and opportunities
- Work with Finance Business Partners to accurately report business profitability and reflect revenue recognition policies
- Input into management reporting with regard business unit risk profile, team performance commentary and specific project issue

**About you**
- Degree level qualification(s);
- Demonstrated senior experience in an operations / commercial role preferably in an engineering consultancy
- Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ability to summarise, present and report on project and operational performance to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to commercially lead a portfolio of projects
- Preferable to have a combination of project delivery, operations and financial experience
- Ability to understand and manage risks and opportunities
