**YOUR DECJUBA JOURNEY STARTS HERE**

We are on the lookout for an #AMAZING **Third In Charge** to take our store in **Merrylands** to the next level This is a PPT position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, offering 51 hours per fortnight.

Our Merrylands store is in a prime location, being close to public transport and situated in a spot that welcomes high foot traffic daily. This is a busy store that will genuinely see you have no two days the same, as our clientele in this store love a one-on-one fashion consultation experience. **WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC**
- You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You're ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.
- You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team
