Eligibility to Apply:
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31st December 2026.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.
Position Profile:
We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified person to the position of Research Coordinator to work within the scope of our Intensive Care Unit. In this position, the successful candidate will plan, coordinate and maintain clinical and administrative requirements of research trials and projects undertaken by the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in association with the respective clinical team. This includes providing education, managing project budgets, reporting to funding bodies, preparation of grant applicants and acting as a source of specialist knowledge on the research protocols and study implementation. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate the creation and implementation of new research projects and will be involved in quality control within critical care across multiple sites.
