A truly fantastic opportunity as we're recruiting for an experienced **Catering Supervisor** to oversee our dynamic catering team at one of our most established, stunning Hotel venue - **Holiday Inn Express - Mascot**
- Previous experience in team supervising
- A positive and supportive, hands on leader
- Experience working in a corporate, niche environment
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable working between FOH and BOH
- Food handling skills essential
- RSA certified
