We only work with the best candidates and match you with companies who are serious about long-term growth and value you accordingly.We're looking for a 3D Designer & Renderer to join our creative studio specialising in pop-up events and campaign activations for PR agencies across Sydney and Melbourne.
You'll take creative concepts and art direction from our founder and transform them into detailed 3D visualisations and technical builds for physical installations.
This role involves creating precise dimensional models for event spaces, pop-up structures, and campaign activations that need to be constructed in the real world.
You'll also support with quick Photoshop mockups and client presentation layouts as needed.2+ years of experience in 3D modelling and rendering, preferably with installation or architectural visualisation experienceAdvanced proficiency in Blender or similar 3D modelling software (Cinema 4D, 3ds Max)Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorExperience creating technical drawings with precise dimensions and measurements for constructionPortfolio demonstrating 3D visualisation work for events, installations, retail spaces, or similar physical buildsUnderstanding of spatial design principles and how digital models translate to physical constructionsExcellent written and spoken EnglishFast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headsetA$1,250 - A$2,000/month for 40 hours per week based on experienceDirect employment with established, rapidly growing marketing agencyGrowth potential as agency scales to higher revenue targets
