Lead by example and inspire your team at all times.
Coach and develop your team to achieve brand goals.
Maintain honesty and transparency.
Be driven and confident in working with KPIs and individual targets.
Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Skills required: Experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail or customer service.
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow.
Ability to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.
Strong understanding of KPIs, their impact on business, and coaching skills.
Ability to make proactive decisions.
Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
Experience with visual merchandising and store standards.
