It provides high-quality care in a shared accommodation setting that is accessible to all individuals.As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll help create meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs.
Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident's individuality.With a well-designed activity program as your guide, you'll tailor experiences to reflect each person's unique interests and values-ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.You'll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.Let's create moments that matter, together.Why Join Us?

About You:You hold Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification, or a willingness to attainYou have relevant Aged Care experience in a similar roleYou love being part of a team and you enjoy interacting with older peopleYou can navigate your way around a computer, and you have a willingness to take part in ongoing educationYou hold a current First Aid certificateYou hold a current drivers licenseIf you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you
