We are seeking a passionate, permanent, part-time Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to join our dynamic team at the BRAND NEW North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards, Sydney. If it is only part-time work you are looking for, please still do reach out as we could be flexible to work around you.

What you'll do:
- Acting as the first point of contact and greeting patients on arrival- Making and managing patient appointments for numerous Specialists across multiple sites- Collecting patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry- Completing administration including document scanning- Managing a large volume of patient telephone enquiries- Billing and receipting of accounts to patients, Medicare and DVA- Liaising with Specialists, Nurses, Physiologists and peers- Completing tasks as allocated by Practice Manager and or Site Leader

Who you are:
- Exceptional phone manner, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task- Ability to work autonomously and complete work within tight time frames- Superior customer service and exceptional communication skills with the ability to work as an effective team member with flexibility to respond to fluctuating work flows- Positive, enthusiastic and a genuine love of working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism-
- Proficient computer skills- Flexibility to cover shifts across sites- Healthcare experience preferred
