**What the day will look like**

The Partnership and Growth Manager will be primarily responsible for the management, growth and development of client relationships both existing and new. You will leverage current key partnerships by developing robust marketing strategies to establish balanced long-term agreements with a shared value focus. The role will include all aspects of business development and relationship management, including working with relevant internal and external partners, with the aim to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for all Corporate Partners clients and channel partners.

The role's main focus has been to improve yield from channel partners by engaging marketing teams to ensure that activity vital for lead generation is planned and implemented. Liaising with Aon marketing to ensure delivery on the various activity necessary to drive NN leads and acquisition has been critical in delivering growth to the business via strong lead generation. In addition to this, the P&G manager has worked with the team's leadership to create and deliver training as it relates to sales and client conversion across both NN but with a heavy focus on N2E.

The P&G Manager is responsible for activating new partners and handling a number of processes critical to their success (compliance/contracting, etc).
- Working in partnership with the Director and broader Partnerships & Growth team to help deliver on multiple strategic projects to assist the growth of the segment, and wider Affinity business
- Develop a strategic marketing approach to partnership development for new and existing channel partners and establish sustainable long-term agreements
- Support the strategic management / development of existing relationships to maintain the defined base level of referrals and to drive incremental growth
- Working with new key partner relationships, buying groups and associations and supporting management as key contact for existing association relationships
- Liaising with the sales team, association clients and the marketing team to plan and deliver on successful marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for new business and retention of existing clients
- Supporting Partnership management team on tender opportunities, both new and defensive as appropriate
- Undertake monthly data production of reports to drive partnership strategy, including planning and prioritizing partnership activities
- Creating professional documents that tell compelling stories of our service impacts and outcomes, incorporating partner feedback and meeting client requirements
- To attend and where required, present at external customer meetings either individually or alongside other company colleagues with the aim of aiding partnership development
- To attend marketing events such as conferences and exhibitions in support of the partnership objectives

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- An in-depth understanding of management of complex clients and experience in client relationship management in either Affinity, bancassurance or other partner related business
- Experience in project management of sophisticated and diverse deliverables with the ability to think along a longer-term horizon
- Experience in managing stakeholders across various functions including, IT, Marketing, Legal, Technical and Broking and/or Placement
- Experience in marketing and campaign management and planning, liaising with marketing stakeholders in both print and digital
- Product knowledge at an intermediate level across Financial Lines and general insurance including business packages and supporting lines like motor and corporate trave
