At Ladybugs we aim to provide quality care and comfort in a safe friendly environment and offer an early learning program through the intervention of planned play activities that allow children to grow and enable them to reach their full potential.

We are currently looking for a Centre Manager to join our company in a full-time capacity.

The right person for the role will need to have the following:
**Skills**:

- creating and carrying out initiatives that support young children's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development
- supplying childcare at daycare facilities, before and after school programmes, and holiday programmes.
- guiding and overseeing employees as they teach and develop children
- making sure the centre complies with all applicable government regulations and standards and is a safe place for all stakeholders
- communicating with parents and keeping the centre'srecords and accounts up to date
- hiring and training employees

Note:
**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Work: 2 years (preferred)
