**The opportunity**
We're looking for a commercially savvy professional to lead the delivery of end-to-end contract and commercial outcomes across Service Delivery. In this role, you'll partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure contracts are delivering maximum value, aligned with GWW's strategic and operational goals. It's a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across a broad contract portfolio.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with GWW's strategy and procurement policies
- Lead contract performance reviews and drive continuous improvement across suppliers
- Provide expert advice and guidance on disputes, escalations, and commercial negotiations
- Monitor commercial KPIs and provide clear insights to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value optimisation in contract delivery
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience managing complex commercial contracts
- High-level stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial/commercial acumen, including budget planning and performance tracking
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or public sector environments (Desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or similar
