About the Opportunity
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving a multi-million-dollar store through clear leadership, strong operations, and a hands-on approach to team development.
The store operates at a high volume, so we're looking for someone who can balance priorities quickly, coach on the floor, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a large, multi-level retail team
Drive $3.2M+ in annual sales through exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, praise, and performance direction
Manage daily operations, compliance, stock, and shrinkage with precision
Provide clear delegation and follow-up to ensure smooth and safe store operations
Foster a high-energy team culture with accountability and fun at the core
Champion compliance and stock care to reduce shrinkage

Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
Confidence managing large teams with multiple leadership layers
A level-headed, mature approach to leadership and problem-solving
Strong operational ability – particularly in stock, compliance, and team scheduling
Ability to coach on the floor while managing performance conversations constructively
A passion for customer service and a focus on team results
Important Details
Roster:Ideally one late night fortnightly
Salary:Up to $72,000 + Super + Incentives
Bonuses:Monthly & seasonal bonus potential for hitting store and productivity targets
