Our client, a leader in the retail health and fitness industry is actively seeking a talented and motivated Store Manager to lead their team and drive the success of their Central Gold Coast Store.
**The Position**
As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of their business. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily store operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Developing, training, and motivating the team to improve productivity and overall performance.

- Continuously improving and growing the store's performance.

- Handling day-to-day financials and inventory management with precision.
