Located at our Clarence Gardens Site, this full time role is pivotal to the success of the operation.

The Compliance Manager role reports directly to the Site Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring excellency in all aspects of Quality, Safety and Compliance on site.

We are looking for someone passionate for delivering quality products to our customers, who lives our Corporate Values **Ambition, Engagement & With Simplicity.**

Some responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual regulatory and legislative requirements as a minimum standard
- Compliance with internal and external GMP and policies
- Maintaining ISO 9001, HACCP, Global Standard for Food Safety and applicable external customer standards
- Management of the Laboratory and Quality programs & making sure quality products are available to our customers at all times
- Develop and implement Quality Control programs
- Manage the HSE audits such as PASS, Housekeeping, Environmental and Safety
- Develop and maintain safe work procedures and systems and develop a proactive safety culture
- Be the key driver of Safety Initiatives and programs for the site
- Implement and monitor Environmental Programs (Utilities Usages, Waste Streams, Site Water Management plans, Recycling Programs etc.) to seek continual improvement in Environmental Performance
- Additional certifications in the field of compliance are a bonus.

- Dealing with internal and external auditors
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Conflict and negotiations skills
