Chiosco by Ormeggio is a vibrant Italian trattoria perched right on the water at The Spit. We're known for our fresh seafood, house-made pasta, relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional service.

We're looking for an experienced **Section Waiter** to join our friendly, fast-paced team. If you're passionate about hospitality and Italian cuisine, this is your chance to work in one of Sydney's most beautiful waterfront settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting and resetting tables to venue standards
- Confidently taking orders and managing your own section
- Clearing and resetting plates efficiently during service
- Providing thoughtful food and wine pairing recommendations
- Delivering warm, attentive service and building rapport with guests
- Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar section waiter role
- Previous experience with Italian cuisine preferred
- Sound food and wine knowledge, with the ability to recommend pairings
- Familiarity with 7Rooms reservation system is a bonus
- NSW RSA certificate (mandatory)
- Full Australian working rights (no restricted visas)
- Carry 3 plates
- Bubbly & energeitc personality

Pay: $31.23 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
